To All Comanche Owners, pilots, and those wanting to be
Comanche owner/pilots
CONGRATULATIONS!! You have discovered the official Web site
of the International Comanche Society.
There is a wealth of information here about Comanche's.
Where to get what you need to keep em flying. Manuals, Technical articles, and
in the Maint. Tips section you will find the actual hands on "how to" of anything
Comanche. We have a Technical Committee to help with your maintenance problems,
and an Operations Committee to help with procedures. If you are a new Comanche
owner, you would probably like to talk to someone about your landings.
The ICS has regional weekend fly-ins, There is at least one
fly-in somewhere in the US every month and other fly-ins all over the world. Some fly-ins are social events, others
involve Comanche Operations or Maintenance. In the summer you will have several
fly-ins to chose from. And once a year, in some part of the world-we have a
Convention. This year in August 2007 it was held in Tacoma, Washington. This coming
year (2008) it will be a "Caribbean Cruise" leaving from Galveston, TX. The
information is listed under “Conventions" in the subheadings on the left side of
this page.
The web site has a members and non-members section. It also
has a place for you to become a member so you can get access to all the good
stuff in the member's section.
As a member you will have access to specialty Comanche tools
on loan from ICS. So come on and join us. We'd "really" like to have you as a member! Just look under the sub headings on the left under "Join" and become a member of the Greatest Type Club in the world!
You will also receive our monthly 48 page magazine. "The Comanche Flyer" and on our forum be able to converse
with other Comanche Owners from all over the world.
